Matthias started his career in 1991 at UBS as a Career Starter. In 1998 he joined Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG where he took on leading roles in Corporate Finance working in Zurich, Hong Kong and Lausanne. Most recently he was responsible for Corporate Finance & Private Debt at Credit Suisse in Zurich overseeing origination, structuring, analysis, de-risking and portfolio management of complex event loans (acquisition, Leveraged Buy-out (LBO), Management Buy-out (MBO), etc.). Besides his line management role, he acted as a member of the Corporate Banking Management committee. Further, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank’s sponsored fund company (Private Debt Fund S.A. SICAV-SIF). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Bern, an Executive MBA of IMD, Lausanne, and he is a Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (AZEK).
Chris started his career at UBS in 2001 and later joined Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG, where he spent 17 years in various positions in Credit Risk Management and Corporate Banking in Zurich, acting as head of portfolio & capital management for 8 years. Most recently he was an independent expert consultant on risk-, treasury and strategy topics with mandates in the private banking and credit card industry. He holds a doctoral degree in economics from the Steinbeis University Berlin and a master’s degree in Management & Economics from the University of Zurich. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Andreas brings 36 years of banking experience, having held various leadership roles at Credit Suisse across Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, and Risk Management in Switzerland, as well as a four-year assignment in New York. Most recently, he led a Risk Management team overseeing the credit risk management of a portfolio of large Swiss corporate clients. Previously, he was part of the team building up the structured finance franchise of Credit Suisse in Switzerland, which he headed for 7 years. Andreas studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Denver and completed a nine-month Corporate Finance post-graduate program of Credit Suisse in New York.
Fabio is a corporate finance professional with over seven years of experience analysing, structuring and executing corporate lending and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining Swiss Credit Partners, he was part of the structured lending team at Julius Baer in Zurich, designing bespoke financing solutions for high net worth and corporate clients. Fabio began his career in 2016 at Credit Suisse, serving as analyst both in Zurich and London to support the analysis, underwriting and execution of sponsor backed LBOs, corporate financing transactions and equity capital markets mandates. He holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University, and spent a semester as a visiting student at the University of St. Gallen.
Kathrin is a corporate finance professional with over 15 years of experience in credit risk management, structured finance and debt restructuring. Before joining Swiss Credit Partners, she served as an Executive Director at UBS Switzerland AG, where she managed credit risk for large corporates with elevated risk profiles and negotiated complex restructuring solutions. Prior to UBS Switzerland AG, she worked in the Corporate Finance department at Credit Suisse Switzerland Ltd., where she structured and executed syndicated and bilateral financing solutions for both Swiss corporates and private equity investors. Kathrin began her career in 2010 at Credit Suisse as part of a Corporate Banking Career Start Program. She holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.

After studying economics at the University of Zurich, Daniel Berner worked in the Fixed Income & Derivatives team at UBS for 12 years. He spent most of this time in London, where his responsibilities included the Interest Derivatives area. He then moved to WestLB in London in 2001, taking charge of the Group’s Forward Foreign Exchange and Interest Derivatives area. Since 2004, Daniel Berner has been working in the asset management team at Swiss Life. From 2007 to 2018, he was responsible for the Group’s Proprietary Insurance Asset Management (PAM) business area in Switzerland. From 2019 to June 2021, he was responsible for Switzerland, France and Germany as Head of PAM. Since July 2021, he has been responsible as Head Securities for the securities business of Swiss Life Asset Managers. Daniel Berner has been a member of the Executive Committee of Swiss Life Asset Managers since 2007.
Eric started his career as a financial analyst covering financial institutions at Credit Suisse in New York. After completing his MBA at Harvard Business School, he gathered comprehensive operational experience in various sales, marketing and finance functions at Synthes and at Johnson & Johnson in the USA, Asia and Europe. Eric currently works for a large global Family Office. In this role, he has been investing in growth companies and profitable, globally active SMEs for more than 10 years. He is on the board of various institutions.

After completing a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting at the University of Zurich, Jürg Zimmermann started his career as a Corporate Finance Manager at Ernst & Young AG in 2000. In 2004 he joined UBS as an M&A Manager in the Group Strategic Advisory area. In 2008, he was a Project Leader in Financial Services & Corporate Development Practice at The Boston Consulting Group. He then worked for UBS as a Senior Strategist in the Corporate Development area. Following a position as Senior Manager Financial Services M&A at Ernst & Young AG, he returned to UBS in 2011 where he held various management positions in Corporate Banking up to 2018. In 2018 he joined Swiss Life Asset Managers as Head of Corporate Development. He assumed the additional role of CFO Real Estate in 2021. Jürg Zimmermann has been CFO of Swiss Life Asset Managers since 1 July 2023, and a member of the Executive Committee in this capacity.
After a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich on Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) during which he worked with at Swiss Re, Oliver started his career as an attorney-at-law with the Swiss law firm Homburger in 1999. After an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he joined McKinsey&Co in Switzerland in 2005. After that he worked for Raiffeisen as Head of Cooperative Banks and then joined UBS. First as COO, and then as the Head of Multinationals in their Corporate Banking Division, before assuming the global role as Chief of Staff of UHNWI. After a few entrepreneurial engagements in start-ups, he joined Credit Suisse’ Corporate Banking as their Regional Head for Zurich and later as the Head for SME Banking in the German speaking part of Switzerland. He then supported Smartenergy Invest as a CEO in the buildup of a renewable investment company. Since June 2025, he acts as a Partner and Head of Portfolio Operations of AS Equity Partners, a private equity company.
